Our S.5 geography students participated in the above competition organized by Ho Koon Nature Education cum Astronomical Centre and the Hong Kong Observatory, and won the gold award for their outstanding performance.
In another weather and climate quiz game competition, they accumulated enough points to win the ‘Special Award: In-Depth Tour of the Weather Radar Station’ (second place). The students had the opportunity to visit the weather radar station on Tai Mo Shan, in which they could learn about the operation of weather radars and the work of Observatory staff, gaining valuable insights.
